Knoxville Pet Photography: Little Izzie
January 5, 2012
I don’t usually do baby pictures, but furry baby pictures? Heck yeah. I just couldn’t resist when my BFF Zoe asked me to take some shots of little Izzie. They grow up so fast.

I can’t wait to share this session of Nashville Wedding Photographers Chelsey & Evan!
Geek info: This photo was made using the Brenizer method . Basically it’s a way to have amazing bokeh with a wide shot. This photo is 9 shots stitched together in photoshop. This is the first time I’ve ever done it for clients so it was super fun. According to Brett Maxwell’s calculator, the photo above is equivalent to a 61mm shot at f0.91. Pretty dang cool, huh?Photo geeks, check it out! :)

Korri & BJ’s wedding at Sycamore Springs in Nashville was just gorgeous. The weather was perfect & I think Sycamore Springs is one of the most beautiful venues in Nashville! Definitely check it out if you are a Nashville bride. The highlight of this whole day was the ceremony. BJ & Korri are insanely cute together. Congrats to the newlyweds!
Venue: Sycamore Springs
Wedding Cake: Linda’s Cakes of Lafayette, TN
DJ: Buddy Friday
Flowers: Sarah’s Busy Bee Flower Shop of Portland, TN

I totally did not do this on purpose, but I’m so excited to be posting this session on Mother’s Day. How perfect for Kim’s first Mother’s Day! Yay! (Also quick shoutout to my mom, Love ya mom!!)
Kim wanted to take some photos at the kid’s section of the library, which I thought was SO fun. Then we headed to the World’s Fair Park amphitheater, because Kim & Brenden met through their various theater endeavors. I love how much they wanted to mold their session around the things they love!
Kim & Brenden lovingly refer to their baby as Jellybean. Cutest thing ever? Since they are waiting to find out the sex of the baby, we thought it would be super cute to take photos with a cowboy & princess book. The end of our session we found ourselves in a pretty scary situation due to flash storms that snuck up on us, but luckily everything was fine!
Kim & Brenden, I wish you the best with little Jellybean! And I’m dying to find out the sex/baby name! Enjoy your last few weeks of pregnancy. :D

I’m always excited to take photos, but this time I was super duper awesomely excited. Why? Well, there were a few reasons. First, Shelby is Jessica’s sister, one of my 2010 brides! I love it when people want to bring me back! The second reason I was so excited is because Shelby loooves horses. She rides & competes & does all that stuff I have no clue about. She wanted photos with her horses. YES!!!!
Thank you to the Davis family for bringing me back out to their home to take Shelby’s senior portraits. I had a blast! Shelby, you are so much fun. Best of luck next year on your collegiate adventures! Congrats on graduating!
