Knoxville Pet Photography: Little Izzie
January 5, 2012
I don’t usually do baby pictures, but furry baby pictures? Heck yeah. I just couldn’t resist when my BFF Zoe asked me to take some shots of little Izzie. They grow up so fast.

I can’t wait to share this session of Nashville Wedding Photographers Chelsey & Evan!
Geek info: This photo was made using the Brenizer method . Basically it’s a way to have amazing bokeh with a wide shot. This photo is 9 shots stitched together in photoshop. This is the first time I’ve ever done it for clients so it was super fun. According to Brett Maxwell’s calculator, the photo above is equivalent to a 61mm shot at f0.91. Pretty dang cool, huh?Photo geeks, check it out! :)
I’m always excited to take photos, but this time I was super duper awesomely excited. Why? Well, there were a few reasons. First, Shelby is Jessica’s sister, one of my 2010 brides! I love it when people want to bring me back! The second reason I was so excited is because Shelby loooves horses. She rides & competes & does all that stuff I have no clue about. She wanted photos with her horses. YES!!!!
Thank you to the Davis family for bringing me back out to their home to take Shelby’s senior portraits. I had a blast! Shelby, you are so much fun. Best of luck next year on your collegiate adventures! Congrats on graduating!
I LOVE shooting senior portraits. They are a stinking blast.
So naturally I had a ball when Marissa & I got together to go drive around Knoxville for her senior photos. We ended up in the Powell & Clinton area at some really unique locations. With senior portraits, I love getting a little experimental. Definitely A LOT different than my senior photos (let’s not get started on that).
Please leave some love for Marissa at the bottom! Thanks :)
I love being in Knoxville because I have a little sister that is willing to drive around with me, location scout for other sessions, and be my photographic guinea pig.
She started out modeling for me at a young age, so by now, she’s a pro. By the time she’s a senior in high school, she’s gonna have a bajillion senior photos. :)
